Work one-on-one with a coach who has sat in the same seat you sit in now. We help managing directors, C-suite officers and senior vice-presidents think more clearly, communicate with precision and build teams that deliver without burning out.
Every engagement starts with a 90-minute diagnostic conversation. No personality questionnaires, no colour-coded profiles. We listen to what is happening in your business, map the pressures you face, and agree on two or three outcomes you want to reach within six months. From there the programme is built around your calendar, not ours.
One-to-one coaching
Six fortnightly sessions of 75 minutes each, held over video or in person at your office. Between sessions you receive written reflections and a short action brief. Most clients notice a shift in how they run meetings and handle conflict by session three.
Leadership team intensives
A two-day off-site programme for leadership teams of four to twelve people. We work through real decisions your team is stuck on, surface the dynamics that slow you down, and leave you with a 90-day action plan. Follow-up check-ins are included at 30 and 60 days.
Transition coaching
Designed for leaders stepping into a new role: a first board seat, a move from functional head to general manager, or an international assignment. Eight sessions over four months, with a 360-degree stakeholder review at the start and a progress review at the end.
Why clients stay with us
Most of our coaches have held P&L responsibility. That matters because the conversations we have are grounded in commercial reality, not abstract theory. When you describe a restructuring that keeps you awake at night, your coach has probably led one.
We keep our client list small on purpose. Each coach works with no more than ten active clients at any time. That means you get genuine attention: replies within a working day, the flexibility to reschedule without penalty, and a coach who remembers what you said three sessions ago without checking notes.
Confidentiality is absolute. We never name clients publicly. The testimonials on our site use first names and industry only, with written permission. Your HR team receives a progress summary only if you ask us to share one.
Since 2019 we have delivered over 1,400 coaching hours across financial services, technology, healthcare and professional services. Roughly 70 per cent of new clients come through referrals from people we have already worked with.
What clients say
"I went in sceptical. I had done coaching before and found it fluffy. This was different. My coach challenged me on a hiring decision I was about to get wrong, and she was right. The team I built in those six months is the strongest I have ever led."
— Rachel, COO, fintech (London)
"The leadership intensive forced my exec team to have the conversation we had been avoiding for a year. It was uncomfortable for about four hours, and then something shifted. We left with clarity on roles that had been blurred since the merger."
"My transition into a group-level role was harder than I expected. Having a coach who had made a similar move herself meant the advice was practical. She helped me build relationships with the board in my first 100 days, which made everything else easier."
— Priya, group finance director, healthcare (Manchester)
